AlQa'dah 28, 1432, Oct 26, 2011, SPA -- The 25th conference for Arab Heads of Anti-Drug Departments started here today. General Osman bin Nasser Al-Moharrij, Director General of the Anti-drug Department of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led his country's delegation to the meeting. During the conference, the participants stressed the need to enforce tough punishments on drug trafficker and cooperation among Arab countries to combat the epidemic.
