AlQa'dah 26, 1432, Oct 24, 2011, SPA -- Kuwait on Monday paid tribute to late Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, saying the deceased played "historic" roles at the Arab and Islamic levels. "Prince Sultan was a historic personality known for its wisdom and vision, as well as having leading national contributions," Kuwaiti Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah said in a statement. He said Prince Sultan was always keen on preserving security and stability of the Arab and Islamic nations. The passing away of prince Sultan, said Sheikh Sabah, was not only a loss for Saudi Arabia but "for Kuwait which lost a beloved person who had glorious positions towards Kuwait and its people. "Sheikh Sabah recalled that when he was Kuwait's Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, his meetings with Prince Sultan took place in "warm and brotherly atmospheres" which reflected the deep-rooted relations between the two ruling families. Sheikh Sabah praised Allah the Almighty to bless the soul of Prince Sultan.
