AlQa'dah 25, 1432, Oct 23, 2011, SPA - U.S. Vice President Joe Biden said that the United States of America will remember Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, as a friend and a supporter of a close and continuing partnership for decades with Saudi Arabia, noting that he shared U.S. President Barack Obama and his Administration in offering their condolences to the Royal Family and the Saudi people. In a press statement issued by the White House yesterday, Biden expressed his sadness at the demise of Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, adding that the world will remember his remarkable services to the Saudi people over the past half century, and his good care for Saudi citizens at home in financing housing and medical care for the needy people , in addition to financing, among other projects, scientific researches on water and combating desertification.
