AlQa'dah 24, 1432, Oct 22, 2011, SPA -- Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa of Bahrain praised today the qualities and landmark contributions of Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General who passed away earlier today. In a press statement today, the Premier recalled the late Prince Sultan's honorable supportive stances towards the Kingdom of Bahrain. "The late Prince Sultan dedicated his life in the service of Saudi people and the Arab and Islamic nations," he said, asserting that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's leadership and people have lost a dear brother and a wise leader whose life was laden of landmark contributions and innumerable stances in support of Bahrain in all circumstances. The Premier also pointed out that the late Prince has contributed to Saudi Arabia's progress and development marches and backed cooperation among GCC states. The Premier also extended his heartfelt condolences to the Saudi leadership and people, praying Allah Almighty to rest his soul in eternal peace.
