AlQa'dah 22, 1432, Oct 20, 2011, SPA -- NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen declared Thursday that the defence organization would soon end itsmission in Libya now that Moamer Gaddafi's "rule of fear has finally come to an end, dpa reported. " "We will terminate our mission in coordination with the United Nations and the National Transitional Council," Rasmussen said in astatement. "With the reported fall of Bani Walid and Sirte, that moment has now moved much closer." Gaddafi was killed earlier Thursday in his home town of Sirte -his final holdout - by forces loyal to Libya's transitionalleadership.
