AlQa'dah 21, 1432, Oct 19, 2011, SPA -- U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is concerned over the attacks near the Iraq border that reportedly killed 28 Turkish soldiers on Wednesday. "The Secretary-General expresses his concern over the attacks in the Hakkari province of Turkey, which have left many Turkish soldiers dead," Ban's office said in an e-mail to reporters. "The Secretary-General urges Iraq and Turkey to engage in constructive dialogue in order to find a peaceful solution to this challenge."
