More Than 586,000 Pilgrims Arrive In Kingdom

AlQa'dah 19, 1432, Oct 17, 2011, SPA - The number of pilgrims who arrived in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from abroad since the start of this year's Hajj season until last Saturday (17/11/1432 H) totaled 586,031.
Those who arrived included 571,932 pilgrims by air; 8, 254 pilgrims by road, and 5,845 by sea, registering a hike of 57,261 in the number of pilgrims who arrived in the same period last year, approximately 11 per cent more in the recorded rate.
