AlQa'dah 14, 1432, Oct 12, 2011, SPA - At least 11 people were killed Wednesday in a wave of apparently coordinated car bombings in different parts of the Iraqi capital, according to security officials. Around 48 people were injured in the four bombings that targeted police stations in the central, northern and southern parts of Baghdad, said the spokesman for the Iraqi Interior Ministry Adel Daham. A fifth car bomb exploded near a police motorcade in the district of Al Horiya in northern Baghdad, according to security sources. There were no immediate reports of casualties, according to a report of the German Press Agency "DPA".
