Britain Welcomes An Accord on Exchange of Prisoners Between Israel and Hamas

AlQa'dah 14, 1432, Oct 12, 2011, SPA - Britain has welcomed an agreement between Hamas and Israel on a deal for the exchange of prisoners.
British Foreign Secretary William Hague said yesterday that the agreement reached between the two parties contributes to confidence-building, expressing his pleasure at reaching an accord that has been delayed for a long time.
