7 Killed, 20 Injured In Bus Crash In Northern Thailand

AlQa'dah 4, 1432, Oct 2, 2011, SPA - Seven people were killed and 20 injured when the bus on which they were travelling overturned in heavy rain in Thailand's north on Sunday, local media reported.
Five were killed at the scene when the Transport Company bus skidded off a slippery road in Lampang province Sunday morning, and two more died later in hospital, the Bangkok Post website reports.
The bus crashed soon after leaving Lampang heading south-east toward Khon Kaen, police was quoted as saying by the German Press Agency "DPA".
