AlQa'dah 3, 1432, Oct 1, 2011, SPA -- Minister of Housing Dr Shuwaish bin Saud Al-Dhuwaihi left here today for Singapore. The Housing Minister's visit is part of the exchange of visits and mutual cooperation in many fields between Saudi Arabia and Singapore. The visit's goal is to look at Singapore's experience in the field of housing and benefit from housing models pertaining to the level of quality, environmental and social compatibility, availability of services in order to achieve a high level of comfort and tranquility for residents. The Housing Ministry is keen to implement the royal decree of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's to build 500,000 housing units at a cost of more than SR 250 billion.
