Arab Tourism and Antiquities Ministers hold meeting

Aqaba, Jordan, Dhu-AlQa'dah 2, 1432, Sep 30, 2011, SPA -- Arab Tourism and Antiquities Ministers started their conference in the Jordanian city of Al-Aqaba today.
Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of the General Commission for Tourism and Antiquities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led his country's delegation to the meeting.
In an opening speech, Jordan's Deputy Prime Minister Tawfeeq Kreshan confirmed his country's keenness on further promoting tourism as it is an integral part of the economy.
A number of ministers also underscored the importance of tourism and antiquities.
