Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan opened here last night 19th World Congress on Occupational Health and Safety with the participation of the Minister of Labor Adel bin Mohammed Faqih, who headed the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. More than 30 countries and other relevant international organizations are participating in the World Congress. The Turkish Prime Minister emphasized in his speech the importance of paying attention to the matters of wages, job safety, and social security, which have been the most important elements that need to be addressed in the context of interest in manpower. On the other hand, the ministers of labor held a meeting yesterday at the headquarters of Turkish Premiership with the participation of the Minister of Labor Adel bin Mohammed Faqih, who delivered a speech in which he confirmed the interest of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in occupational health and safety, pointing out that many measures have been taken within the framework of social protection and ensuring safe and healthy working environment. --MORE
