Director of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Affairs Dept. of the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry Ambassador Hmoud Al-Roudhan asserted Thursday the importance of GCC ministerial upcoming meeting in Jeddah, particularly amid developments in Arab world. Al-Roudhan made his remarks to KUNA after arriving in Jeddah amid participation in the preparatory meeting for the GCC ministerial council 120th, scheduled to be held in Jeddah next Sunday. The Kuwaiti Ambassador added that the ministerial council will review current developments in the region, Arab world, and international arena, particularly with regard to developments in Syria, Libya, and Yemen. The diplomat also noted that GCC countries are keen to ensure stability in the Arab world and does not allow any interference with such factor. Al-Roudhan expressed hope that such meetings will achieve the results intended and benefits people in the Arab world.
