The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia proceeded to the 17th rank in the international competitiveness for 2011 after its last year's 21st. place, it was reported here today. The report, which was issued by the Geneva-based International Economic Forum, covers 142 countries evaluated according to capital strength, growth rate, labor market, infrastructure and education levels. Switzerland came first, followed by Singapore, Sweden, Finland, United States of America, Germany, Holland, Denmark, Japan and Britain. At the Arab level, Qatar ranked 14, Oman 32, Kuwait 34, Bahrain 37 and Tunisia 40.
