Nine Killed In Bombing Outside Delhi High Court

At least nine people were killed and 47 injured when a bomb apparently hidden in a suitcase exploded outside the High Court in New Delhi on Wednesday.
Police said the blast occurred at 10:17 am (0447 GMT) outside a reception room near one of the main gates of the court complex.
Home Minister Palaniappan Chidambaram told parliament that nine
people had died and 47 were injured.
"Delhi is a target of terrorist groups. At this stage it is not possible to identify the group that caused the bomb blast," Chidambaram was quoted as saying by the German Press Agency "DPA".
