Prince Abdurrahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, paid a visit today to King Abdulaziz airbase in Dhahran. At the venue, he was received by Commander of the airbase Major General Abdul-Ghani Al-Thubaiti. A speech ceremony was held on the occasion. Addressing the gathering, Al-Thubaiti conveyed the good wishes, greetings and congratulations of the airbase commanders, officers, soldiers and personnel to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Commander of the all Armed Forces, the Crown Prince and the Deputy Minister of Defense and Aviation on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. In an extemporaneous speech, Prince Abdulrahman conveyed the good wishes, greetings and congratulations of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who is also the Commander of all Armed Forces and his Crown Prince to the airbase commanders, officers, soldiers and personnel on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. He confirmed that Saudi Arabia is taking the right path. However, the leadership is ready for any required reforms, he explained. He spoke about the renewed need to update the armed forces of the country to meet the needs of protection of a continent-like country. The ceremony was attended by Prince Juluwe bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Region; Prince Faisal bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz; Prince Saud bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz; Prince Fahd bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz; and Prince Abdullah bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz.
