A district governor in eastern Afghanistan was killed Tuesday in a roadside bombing, an official said. "A roadside bomb hit the vehicle of district governor Mohammad Asil Khogyani, killing him and three of his bodyguards," said Ahmad Zia Abdulzai, spokesman for the governor of Nangahar.
