Japan's new premier Yoshihiko Noda unveiled his cabinet lineup Friday. Noda appointed Jun Azumi as finance minister and Koichiro Gemba as foreign minister, according to a report of the German Press Agency "DPA". Goshi Hosono was appointed to the Environment Ministry, but would continue to serve as the minister in charge of the crisis at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. Noda also retained Tatsuo Hirano as the reconstruction minister and appointed Osamu Fujimura as Chief Cabinet Secretary or the government's spokesman. The cabinet was to be sworn in later in the day.
