U.S. Vice President Travels to Mongolia

US Vice President Joe Biden left China for Mongolia on Monday, continuing a 10-day tour of East Asia.
Biden's one-day visit to Mongolia will be the first to the country by a US Vice President since 1944.
Biden was scheduled to travel later Monday to Japan, where he planned to stress US support of Japanese efforts to rebuild following the March earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disaster, according to a report of the German Press Agency "DPA".
