Dr. Abdullah bin Sulaiman Alfahad, Deputy Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Scouts Association, was nominated as member of the Scouts Constitutions Committee, an affiliate of the International Scouts Committee, it was reported in Geneva yesterday. Simon Ray, Chairman of the International Scouts Committee, who made the announcement, said Dr. Alfahad will serve in the committee for three years.
