Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohamed Kamel is to visit Turkey and Germany on August 10-12 for talks on the regional situation and on cooperation, an official at the Foreign Ministry said in Cairo on Saturday, according to dpa. "The minister will discuss the whole situation in the region during his visit to Turkey," Ahmed Fatallah, the first undersecretary at the Foreign Ministry, said. He said that in Berlin Kamel would discuss a German initiative to swap Egypt's debts with development projects. The tour will be Kamel's first since he was appointed last month.
