Police in Norway on Friday published the rest of the names of people killed in last week's bombing in Oslo and shooting on Utoya island, putting the official death toll at 77, dpa reported. The death toll in the shooting at Utoya was raised by one to 69, while eight people died in the bombing in Oslo that preceded the rampage at Utoya. Earlier Friday, police said there were no more unaccounted for in the attacks. Suspect Anders Behring Breivik was Friday taken to police headquarters for his second interview on the July 22 attacks.
