Syrian Prime Minister, Dr. Adel Safar met here today Jordanian Minister of Transport Muhannad Al-Qadah and discussed with him the importance of developing bilateral relations between the two countries, especially transport and economic cooperation. They also reviewed trade exchanges and movement of goods and people between Jordan and Syria. The works of the Syrian-Jordanian Transport Company and the common emphasis on activating the role and expanding its activities and addressing any encountering obstacles (in this regard) also came up for discussion during the meeting.
