Kuwaiti Emir Receives Message from UN Refugees Commissioner

Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received today a message from the United Nations Higher Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Guterres concerning the tragic state of affairs in the Horn of Africa region, particularly in Somalia.
The message was delivered to Vice Minister for Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah by the Director of UN's refugees commission's Middle East and North Africa Yagoub El-Hilo.
