NATO on Friday condemned attack by Kurdish separatist rebels in southeastern Turkey, in which 13 soldiers were killed and seven injured, according to dpa. "I strongly condemn the terrorist attack in Dyiarbakir province," NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said in a statement. "Such heinous attacks have no justification.
