Vice President of Saudi Federation for Special Needs Sports and Paralympics Committee of Saudi Arabia Ibrahim Al-Ali congratulated today Prince Nawaf Ibn Faisal Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdulaziz, General President of Youth Welfare Presidency, who is also the President of Saudi Federation for Special Needs Sports on the achievements of Saudi teams in Special Olympics World Summer Games Athens 2011,, which will be concluded in Greece on Monday. In a press statement, Al-Ali said that these achievements are considered as new confirmation of the Federation's successful plans in qualifying players for sports events at continental and international arenas. It is noteworthy that Saudi teams have won so far 14 medals including 9 gold and 5 bronze medals.
