The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar on the anniversary of assuming the reigns of his country.
In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King wished the Emir permanent good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
