A leading seismologist is urging Japan to overhaul its nuclear policies and says the country may never be safe enough for atomic power because it is too prone to earthquakes, as AP reported. Katsuhiko Ishibashi, a professor emeritus at Japan's Kobe University and a former government nuclear safety adviser, said Thursday that virtually all of the facilities around the country are in danger of the same kind of crisis faced by the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant.
