Syrian President Issues a General Amnesty
Damascus Published in Saudi Press Agency on 21 - 06 - 2011

Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad issued this morning a legislative decree granting a general amnesty for crimes committed by (political detainees) before the 20th of this month, the second of its kind in less than a month.
President Al-Assad had issued a similar amnesty for crimes committed before the 30th of May, covering all political detainees.
