The Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) has prepared a series of proposals relating to upgrading scientific and technical researches in its member States, which are expected to be presented at the next meeting of Foreign Ministers of Islamic countries to be held on June 28 in Astana - the capital of Kazakhstan. These projects include The Atlas project for science and scientific innovations launched during Dakar Islamic Summit held in 2008.
