Prince Sultan Ibn Salman Ibn Abdulaziz, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Prince Salman Center for Disability Research, signed here on Saturday agreements on the implementation of "National Program for Mental Health in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" between the Center and the Ministry of Health, King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, and King Saud University. Also, strategic partnership agreements were signed between the Center and the Minister of Social Affairs Dr. Yusuf Bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen and Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, Advisor at the Crown Prince's Court and Director General of Prince Sultan Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud Foundation. Addressing the ceremony, Prince Sultan Ibn Salman Ibn Abdulaziz expressed his thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud, for his support for scientists and research centers. During the reign of King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz, he said scientific researches have witnessed their golden age and the number of universities in the Kingdom has been doubled, in addition to the opening of many technical and health institutes and colleges. He expressed his thanks to the Crown Prince, who is also the Supreme President of Prince Salman Center for Disability Research for his continuing and generous support for the Center, also thanking the Second Deputy Premier for his attention to disability issues and support for scientific researches. The Prince also expressed his thanks to Prince Salman Ibn Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Province, who is the founder of the Center for his continuing support for the Center. The signing ceremony was attended by a number of ministers and officials.
