Qatari Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met here today the visiting Chairman of Libya's National Transitional Council Mustafa Mohamed Abud Al Jeleil and his accompanying delegation. During the meeting, they discussed the relations between Qatar and the Transitional Council. They also reviewed the situation in Libya and the ongoing international efforts to reach a solution in Libya. For his part, Abdul Jalil expressed thanks and appreciation to the State of Qatar for its efforts and support for the Libyan people, according to a report of Qatar News Agency (QNA).
