Receiving the chairman of Dutch "Bridging" Foundation Professor Kais Welentzman and the Executive Director of the Foundation Amal Vies who are on a current visit to Saudi Arabia, President of Saudi Human Rights Commission (SHRC) Dr. Bandar bin Mohammed Al-Ayban confirmed here today the Kingdom's keenness to honor the international agreements and conventions it signed, notably the accords that are not contradictory to the Islamic law (Sharia). On the occasion, SHRC organized a lecture which was delivered by Professor Welentzman on the working mechanisms of the United Nations in this regard and the role of nations to reinvigorate their workings. He also briefed the audience on the Foundation role, access to Arab Gulf states as well as opening dialogue outlets to set future plans for joint action. -- SPA
