Presided over by its Speaker Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammad bin Ibrahim Al Asheikh, Majlis Al-Shoura (the Consultative Council) approved here today the judicial and administrative formations for courts, new judicial districts and notaries. Al-Shoura also approved to delegate the Ministry of Justice to draw a regulation or to set safeguards to limit the marriage of underage females with strict instructions that the new law would be carried out. In a statement to SPA following the session, the Secretary General of Al-Shoura Dr. Mohammad bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi said Al-Shoura is keen to cope with the carefulness paid by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to reinvigorate the judiciary in order to promote judicial reforms and back them financially as well as morally. -- SPA
