Saudi Arabia was today elected chairman of the 75th session of the Board of Directors of Arab Labor Organization. The meeting, chaired by Minister of Labor of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Adel bin Mohammed Faqih, discussed reports submitted by committees emanating from the Arab Labor Conference which was concluded earlier today. During the meeting, a follow-up of the resolutions of the last session, the financial situation of the organization, and contributions and arrears of some countries were reviewed. Preparations for the next annual meeting for the Arab Group scheduled to take part in the International Labor Conference in Geneva were also discussed.
