The Lebanese army said that Israeli soldiers fired in the direction of a gathering at the Lebanese border village of Maroun Al-Ras, killing 10 people and wounding 112. The army said in a statement that it was in a state of maximum alert and had coordinated with international troops in southern Lebanon to prevent the enemy from continuing its targeting of the masses and its violation of Lebanese sovereignty.
