Romanian PM is voted leader of ruling party

Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc has been elected leader of the country's ruling Democrat-Liberal Party, confirming party support for his government.
Boc defeated former Interior Minister Vasile Blaga who was considered a more independent candidate in the vote late Saturday.
Romania holds parliamentary elections in 2012, according to a report of the German Press Agency "DPA"
