King Saud University (KSU) has achieved the highest percentage in the growth of publication of scientific and research works among Saudi and other Arabian universities according to a survey of Information Sciences Institute (ISI) Database. During the first four months of 2011, the increase surged to 108% of the same period of the last year of scientific productions, in addition to publication of a number of reviews and summaries of research works, which are added to the overall scientific productions in this period. The total production of the university by the end of 2010 amounted to 1,211 scientific papers compared to only 517 in 2009, an increase of 134%. A number of KSU papers were published in World Nature Journal and Science Magazine including 3 papers published in Science during the first quarter of 2011. It is worth mentioning that ISI is the main source for excellent academic scientific publications in the world. It also includes a large number of authentic, accurate and reliable databases.
