The Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Muhaydin Khoja held here on Monday evening the first periodic meeting with the owners and editors-in-chief of electronic newspapers. During the meeting, they discussed topics relating to electronic publishing and its future, the proposals for the development of new media, the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information for the development of electronic works, copyrights of publishing and authors, licensing of websites, constructive criticism, and dissemination of correct information. Dr. Khoja also inaugurated a number of electronic press on the Internet. The meeting was attended by deputies of the Ministry of Culture and Information and a number of media personnel.
