The bodies of the all miners killed in a mine explosion in Mexico last week have been recovered, Mexican authorities said Sunday, according to dpa. Five days after the explosion in the Binsa coal mine in northern Mexico's Coahuila state, the last of the 14 miners' bodies were found, Labour Minister Javier Lozano said. No survivors were rescued. The mine was precarious, with only one 60-metre-deep shaft from which four small horizontal tunnels issue. Several bodies had been recovered earlier in the week, and Chilean experts had travelled to Mexico to help in the rescue effort. Mexican authorities were investigating conditions at the mine after finding irregular proceedings, and they did not rule out pressing criminal charges against its owners.
