Presided over by its Speaker Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammad bin Ibrahim Al-Alsheikh, the Shoura Council approved by majority a general agreement draft on cooperation between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of Hungary. Following the session, the Assistant Secretary General of the Shoura Council Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Yahya said the meeting also discussed a bill regulating the work of the National Family Guidance Centers. Discussion will be completed in a future session, Al-Yahya said. Following a second reading of Article II of the Health Institutions System, the Council suggested to leave it as it was on bases that hospitals were originally exempted from the condition of being owned by a Saudi party. A report of the Ministry of Labor for the fiscal year 1430-1431 H., discussed by the Council, showed that 143,000 Saudi nationals were employed within one year. The Council urged the Ministry to adopt more flexible measures to issue work and visit visas for giant companies and investors. -- SPA
