Brazilian police say at least four football fans have been shot during a fight before a match, according to AP. Police say 80 fans have been detained after the incident on Sunday in which six other people were hurt. Local media citing police say at least one person has died, but a police spokeswoman could not immediately confirm those reports. Police say men in a car fired at a large group of supporters in the middle of a fight in the city of Niteroi, near Rio de Janeiro. It was not immediately clear how the fight began. Flamengo and Vasco will play Sunday in the final of the Rio Cup, the second stage of the Rio de Janeiro state championship.
