Awwal 20, 1432, April 24, 2011, SPA -- In his weekly address, President Barack Obama laid out his plans to address rising gas prices over the short and the long term.
Obama said one answer to high gasoline prices is to spend money developing renewable energy sources.
"Instead of subsidizing yesterday's energy sources, we need to invest in tomorrow's," Obama said.
