Saudi executive wins Middle East prize

Awwal 18, 1432 H / April 22, 2011, SPA -- Dr. Abdulagader Al-Fantoukh, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has won the Middle East Prize for Governmental Executive Leaders, organized by the Middle East Institute for Excellence in Dubai.
In a speech on the occasion after receiving the prize here the day before yesterday, Al-Fantoukh said more remains to be done to face the challenges of pioneering executive leadership.
He thanked Dr. Khalid Al-Anqari, Minister of Higher education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for his support and assistance that helped him reach this level.
