Awwal 04, 1432 H / April 08, 2011, SPA -- A Royal Order was issued here today, appointing Dr. Saeed bin Omer bin Mohammed Al Omer as Rector of the Northern Border University in the excellent ranks.
The Royal Order instructed the concerned authorities to carry out the order with immediate effect.
