Jubeir disclosed that the number of Saudi students on scholarships in the United States of America now reached 30,000 male and female students which was not more than 3,000 a few years back. "These students are pursuing their academic studies in various U.S. universities, cities and states." Meanwhile, the Majlis Al-Shura delegation has visited Saudi Cultural Attaché Office in Washington DC and met with Saudi Cultural Attaché to the United States of America, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Essa, and Director of Cultural and Social Affairs at the Office Dr. Modhi Al-Khalaf. The delegation also visited the Institute of Middle East Studies, and met with a number of its officials and exchanged views on various political, economic and commercial fields of concern to the two friendly countries.
