The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz Al-Saud today made a telephone call to Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad. During the telephonic conversation, the two leaders reviewed the bilateral relations and the reassurance about the situation in Syria as well as the recent developments in the region. On his part, President Al-Assad informed the King that the situation there (in Syria) was "reassuring." He also thanked the King for his concern for Syria and its people.
