Prince Salman patronizes Saudi Travel and Tourism Investment Market 2011's opening

Akhir 22, 1432 H/March 27, 2011, SPA -- Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, patronized here today the opening ceremony of Saudi Travel and Tourism Investment Market (STTIM) 2011 organized by Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA).
A speech ceremony was held on the occasion highlighting the economic importance of tourism.
Prince Salman and the audience watched a documentary on domestic tourism.
Prince Salman delivered a speech in which he highlighted the prosperity and stability enjoyed by the kingdom and the unity between the Saudi leadership and citizens.
Prince Salman underlined contribution by the rich resources and assets in the kingdom to domestic tourism which bolsters citizens' ties with their homeland, Prince Salman said.
Prince Salman inaugurated the exhibition accompanying the STTIM.
