Akhir 21, 1432, March 26, 2011, SPA-- The Chairman of Egyptian Supreme Council of The Armed Forces Field Marshall Mohammed Hussein Tantawi received here today Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the Minister of Foreign Affairs. The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to Egypt and Saudi Arabia's Permanent Representative to the Arab League Ahmad bin Abdulaziz Qattan and the Deputy of Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Bilateral Relations Ambassador Dr. Khalid Al-Jandan. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Prince Saud said that the meeting focused on continuing coordination between the two countries, noting that he handed over a message from the Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz to Field Marshall Tantawi pertaining to bilateral relations and coordination between the two countries in various fields, particularly as the Arab world at this time needs more coordination and clarification of visions between countries having good relations such as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt. In reply to a question if the meeting discussed the situations in the region and the coordination between the Kingdom and Egypt on these situations, Prince Saud said that the meeting reviewed various issues being witnessed in the Arab region aiming to coordinate the policies of the two countries towards them.
